RAM and CPU resources depends on number of concurrent users. Disk space depends on number of documents, document attachments, document file size and size of log files.

We recommend that 4 databases should be prepared in advance:
- 2 databases for testing
- 2 databases for production
The EBA Next system requires 2 databases to operate, one for settings, the other for content
Note: Disk space depends on the location of the database, the number of documents, document attachments, document file sizes and log file sizes.
Safety requirements
Configure your network settings so that EBA Next application servers will have access to the SQL server and the Internet. If you have a site blocking policy, you must provide access to the following sites for the implementation of EBA Next:
- https://download.eba.si (download of installation files)
- https://test.eba.si (test server)
- https://agency.eba.si (production server)
- Access to root certificates (root CA)
- Access to API or WS addresses of exchange providers
Certificates
In order to establish EBA Next system you need to obtain following qualified certificates:
- SSL certificate for Frontend and Backend connections,
- Soft qualified certificate for electronic stamp (pfx) - for signing captured documents,
- (Optional) Soft qualified certificate for Employee (pfx),
- (Optional) Soft qualified certificate for signing documents (pfx).
